Handstands

Hi

To be honest i was getting really frustrated there, it was like i had a mental block to being upside down, i relaxed a bit looked at the instructional videos at www.crossfit.com and also a few on youtube and im getting there.

Latest practice



Hoping to eventually kick into a free handstand and hold it for 10 secs!
